How does this work? It's easy! For the example
below, we'll use the idea that the regular price for the event
you're buying tickets to is $40.00, and the discounted price is
$30.00, and your service charge is $6.00 for the entire order.
You make a reservation - lets say 30 tickets - and
you sell them all at the regular price of $40.00, which means you'll
have $1,200.00 in ticket sales. You get all the names of your group
members that want to buy the tickets, all the money, then you call
us.
We'll give you a total of how much you owe the group
sales department. For this example, you would owe $906.00. We'll
take the money you owe us, get your tickets printed, and send them
off to you. You keep the rest of the money that you've collected as
profit for your group - for this example $294.00!!
It's an easy way from your end because people will
want to buy tickets to the events coming to the WFCU Centre - and
your group members get to save money because they didn't have to pay
any service charges on their tickets! A win-win situation!
