On all event days, the box office is open until at least 30 minutes after the event begins. On event days that fall on a Sunday or a Holiday, the box office opens at 12:00 noon or two hours prior to the event, whichever comes earlier.

During the first 'on sale' day for each event, the box office must assist all customers who are purchasing tickets for that specific event first. Those customers who are purchasing tickets for other events must wait until the 'on-sale' line has been served.
